Corned Beef Stew With Green Rice

Corned Beef is a Ghanaian Stew that can be eaten with boiled/cooked yams, coco yams, rice, rice and beans and so on. Depending on once's preference various spices can be used such as red chili pepper, habenero pepper, black pepper, ground nutmeg, grated ginger/ powdered ginger, onions, fresh tomatoes, can tomatoes or a combination of both fresh and can as in this Corned beef stew. Is a very quick and easy stew to make as well. One can add peas, carrots, green beans, mixed vegetables and so on. I decided to make green rice to go with the Corned Beef Stew for all my viewers to wish you all a very happy St. Patrick's Day.
