Hi Fausta, i watched your you tube video on how to make mozzarella with vinegar and i have a question to ask you. Did you tried the mozzarella with pizza? did it melt and was it very good for pizza recipe? I have tried the cheese, though it came out well but it was not stretchy, so i kind of want to be sure?
sorry Bola been a while since i came back to site, you are right looks like the cheese I made turned out to be not stretchy was more like ricotta cheese, have been trying to redo to make it stretchy but have time constraints now, will let you know when i do that.
